  • We are available seven days a week based on our event schedule, including evening appointments.

    Weekend availability 9 A.M. – 6 P.M. or until our booked couples arrive on-site for their wedding.

  • Saphire Estate, The Villa, Avenir, The Lakehouse, and Rosemont each have beautiful ceremony locations.

    Saphire Estate offers a private courtyard and custom-designed pergola that is the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony, while the ballroom can be set up to accommodate a romantic, indoor ceremony.

    Both ballrooms at The Villa are ideal for ceremonies with custom-designed fireplaces that create an intimate and cozy setting. For outdoor ceremonies, there are two picturesque pergolas overlooking the Ridder Country Club’s perfectly manicured greens.

    Avenir has a beautifully landscaped outdoor ceremony space surrounded by a peaceful wooded area.

    The Lakehouse offers a stunning waterfront setting with panoramic views for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies.

  • Our venues offer a wide range of locations to capture the magic of your special day. From fireplaces and fountains, lush landscapes and sweeping vistas, to stunning architecture and elegant appointments, you’ll find many ways to spark your imagination and create memories you’ll treasure forever.

  • Every ballroom has its own beautifully appointed and very private wedding suite. There you can enjoy a glass of champagne and a bite to eat, take pre-event pictures, or sit down and relax after your ceremony. Hair and makeup should be done off-site, however, you can certainly get dressed and do final touch-ups once you arrive at our venues.

    You can arrive up to ninety minutes before an on-site ceremony starts in the Grand Ballroom, Madera Ballroom, Saphire Estate, The Lakehouse, Avenir, or Rosemont and one hour prior if you are booked in the Tent. If you would like to arrive earlier, please inquire with your event producer.

  • Yes, there are local hotels close to all of our locations. Please visit Saphire Estate Accommodations, The Villa Accommodations, Avenir Accommodations, The Lakehouse Accommodations, and Rosemont Accommodations for our recommended places to stay.

  • While we do not provide transportation, we can assist in arranging everything from limousines to party buses to help you and your guests go to and from hotels and ceremony locations.

  • An event minimum includes the venue rental fee, ceremony fee, food, beverage, service, and tax, and varies based on season and day of the week. Please keep in mind that guest count and menu selections will affect the overall cost.

  • There is a rental fee at all Saphire Event Group venues. Please call or text 781-784-2400 for more information.

  • Saphire Event Group requires that all event decorators be selected exclusively from our approved decorator list.

  • We offer an all-inclusive package with entertainment, cake, and florals exclusively at The Villa.

    We offer an all-inclusive package with entertainment, photography, and a custom monogram exclusively at Avenir.

  • Yes. We provide all catering in-house. Our menus provide a variety of options or we can create a custom menu for your event.

  • Every season, we sponsor a special group tasting event at one of our venues. Attendees will be able to meet with some of our preferred vendors, check out potential upgrades for their event, and enjoy dazzling displays of our cuisine while sampling a wide range of appetizers, entrees, desserts, and more.     Of course, if you wish to sample specific dishes, or are requesting specialty cuisine for your menu, we’d be happy to tailor a private tasting session, especially for you.
