The Sales Manager is responsible for negotiating client contracts with the parameters set forth by SEG, securing client contracts with appropriate documentation and payment plans, and will continually increase revenue through upselling. The Sales Manager will report tour and booking statistics weekly and also prepare and report individual monthly sales for the newly-obtained business and concluded events.

This position is the head of kitchen operations; participating in and overseeing food production, cooking, and plating of dishes while maintaining the quality standards set by the organization’s Executive Chef.
