Of course, our venues can also be configured into intimate spaces for any number of guests.
We are available seven days a week based on our event schedule.
Monday through Thursday, 10 A.M. – 6 P.M. and evenings by appointment only.
Weekends 9 A.M. – 6 P.M. or until our booked couples arrive on-site for their wedding.
On Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays, you can choose any five (5) hour time period.
Saturday afternoon events at Saphire Estate are from 11 A.M. – 4 P.M. Saturday evening events are regularly from 7 P.M. – midnight.
Event times at The Villa and Avenir may vary depending on booked events. Speak to a member of our Sales team for more information.
On holiday weekends such as Memorial Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day, Sunday is treated like a Saturday. This also holds true for July 4th and New Year’s Eve.
If you’d like to schedule a longer event—or a special time—we’d be happy to accommodate you, if possible. Surcharges may apply. Approval must be in writing from Saphire Event Group.
Saphire Estate, The Villa, and Avenir each have beautiful ceremony locations.
Saphire Estate offers a private courtyard and custom-designed pergola that is the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony, while the ballroom can be set up to accommodate a romantic, indoor ceremony.
Both ballrooms at The Villa are ideal for ceremonies with custom-designed fireplaces that create an intimate and cozy setting. For outdoor ceremonies, there are two picturesque pergolas overlooking the Ridder Country Club’s perfectly manicured greens.
Avenir has a beautifully landscaped outdoor ceremony space surrounded by a peaceful wooded area.
The fee for an on-site ceremony is $1,000.
Our venues offer a wide range of locations to capture the magic of your special day. From fireplaces and fountains, lush landscapes and sweeping vistas, to stunning architecture and elegant appointments, you’ll find many ways to spark your imagination and create memories you’ll treasure forever.
Every ballroom has its own beautifully appointed and very private wedding suite. There you can enjoy a glass of champagne and a bite to eat, take pre-event pictures, or just sit down and relax after your ceremony. Hair and makeup should be done off-site, however, you can certainly get dressed and do final touch-ups once you arrive at our venues.
You can arrive up to ninety minutes before an on-site ceremony starts in the Grand Ballroom, Madera Ballroom, Saphire Estate, or Avenir, and one hour prior if you are booked in the Tent. If you would like to arrive earlier, there is an additional fee that needs to be approved by management in advance.
While we do not provide transportation, we can assist in arranging everything from limousines to party buses to help you and your guests go to and from hotels and ceremony locations.
An event minimum is the agreed upon amount you will pay for food and beverage for your event. The minimum amount is based on the demand for a specific date, time, and venue, and will be agreed upon before your reservation is finalized. If you are on a budget, we will be happy to offer a range of options to accommodate you. Should your actual charges be less than your established event minimum, the difference will be billed to you as a room charge.
We do not charge a ballroom fee for the Madera Ballroom, Grand Ballroom, or Avenir.

You may choose your own vendors or we provide a list of preferred vendors.
Yes. We provide all catering in-house. Our menus provide a variety of options or we can create a custom menu for your event.
Every season, we sponsor a special group tasting event at one of our venues. Attendees will be able to meet with some of our preferred vendors, check out potential upgrades for their event, and enjoy dazzling displays of our cuisine while sampling a wide range of appetizers, entrees, desserts, and more.
Of course, if you wish to sample specific dishes, or are requesting specialty cuisine for your menu, we’d be happy to tailor a private tasting session especially for you.
