Saphire Estate“Erick and I were in a long distance relationship. He was living in Colombia and I was living in New York City at the time. We actually met on a language learner app call HelloTalk where users can teach others any language. I used the app to learn how to speak Spanish and he was looking to learn English. So we befriended each other and eventually exchanged numbers. The rest, as they say, was history. We were inseparable from then and have literally never missed a day of communication.
We chose Saphire Estate as our venue because it was so romantic and had such a warm atmosphere. Also, we were sold by the huge lake across the street – the scenery was perfect for any season. We loved the staff and the size, the interior decor was great. It was everything we needed in beauty and simplicity combined!
Our favorite part of the day was pictures that we took outside during the sunset, walking down the aisle and the reception. There were so many great moments and they were well captured in the photos. We wish we could do it all over again, it was so much fun!”
