“Joe and I met long before he had the courage to ask me out. If I remember correctly, it was during a summer barbecue that my former roommate held.

Joe and I wanted a venue that felt spacious, open and airy, while being intimate at the same time. We had heard great things about Saphire Estate from friends and after touring the property, we knew it was right for us.

I don’t believe there was just one favorite part. What I loved about my day was that I felt taken care of. That is a wonderful feeling–to know that everyone from the wait staff to my mother cared that our day went smoothly and that we felt the love and excitement of all those gathered to share in our happiness.”
