Ashley & Dan

“Dan moved to Boston from Chicago in September 2016. I am a real estate agent, and my coworker rented him an apartment to start on September 1. On September 2 he came to our office to introduce himself and say thanks for the assistance during his move. There is no other way to describe that moment we met other than love at first sight. It was such a strange and magical experience, and we both felt the exact same way. Since he was technically a client and I was at work, I thought nothing of it and moved along. A few weeks went by and Dan reached out to ask very professionally if he could take me out on a date. We then learned on our first date that we both had the same feelings the moment we saw each other and it was a crazy, fun experience. The rest is history and we enjoyed a year of dating and getting to know each other. On our one year anniversary, Dan asked me to marry him and one year after that we said ‘I do’ at The Villa. The best way to put it is, ‘When you know you know.’

Dan and I chose The Villa in East Bridgewater for our wedding because it had a magical feeling to it even when it was empty during our tour. We wanted a clean slate that we could put our own touches on but then knew that The Villa would pull our vision together. The main reason we were comfortable saying yes to The Villa as well was because of Ashley, the sales manager. She was so kind and wonderful to work with and helped with the immediate questions.

Our favorite part of the wedding day was the whole vision and how it was put together. It was very well-organized, and the food was incredible and out beat our expectations!”
