”Matthew and I met in fifth grade. We both attended the same middle school and had the same group of friends for most of our lives. He was my high school homecoming date, and we even went to college together. We were always great friends but never dated each other. The summer after we graduated from college he asked me on a date, and we have been together ever since!

We were searching all across New England for the perfect wedding venue. When we toured The Villa, we were immediately impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and the absolutely stunning rooms. We were offered a food tasting prior to booking and we were sold. The food was fantastic; we couldn’t believe how great the food was and knew immediately that our guests would love it too (our families are very big “food” people). The decor in the Grand Ballroom immediately caught our eye; we both have large families and the cocktail room was extremely spacious with plenty of seating for our guests to use before the ballroom opened. From the customer service, the beautiful Grand Ballroom, delicious food, and reasonable price, we couldn’t have been happier that we chose The Villa as our wedding venue.

From start to finish our wedding felt like a true fairy tale. We loved every single part of our big day and wouldn’t change a thing. The DJ was fantastic and kept the party going, our photographer captured the most amazing photos with The Villa’s outstanding landscaping in the background, and being surrounded by our friends and families to celebrate our love was indescribable. One of our favorite moments were the few minutes we had to ourselves to take in our wedding in The Villa’s bridal suite before the craziness of the reception began. We loved having our donut wall instead of a traditional wedding cake, and the food (from the dim sum appetizers to the cheeseburger and sliders) was to die for. Our family and friends still talk about how great the food was! It was a picturesque day we will never forget.”
