We are so happy to share this Avenir wedding with you, in the bride’s own words:

“John and I grew up together. We lived in the same town and went to school together from kindergarten through high school. We never once dated and were not even friends. We both went to different colleges and once graduated, we both ended up living back in the town we grew up in. He started working in town as a police officer and I was a teacher. We happened to cross paths one day while I was teaching and he was working at the polling booths. We started to talk and the rest is history!

John and I fell in love with Avenir! When looking at wedding venues I wanted something that gave me butterflies, somewhere I could see myself getting married. After looking at all the Saphire Event Group venues, the last one we toured was Avenir and I just knew it was the one. It is a stunning venue, the outside was beautiful and the main ballroom was just amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and everyone understood the vision I wanted! When we had our food tasting that sealed the deal even more. The options were endless and the food was delicious. I loved the choices we picked for our wedding. I recommend Avenir to all my friends that have just recently gotten engaged!

Our favorite part of our wedding day was all the people that helped us get to that special day. The staff that we worked with was incredible. We ended up having a beautiful day weather-wise and the foliage outside was stunning. Our guests loved the ceremony and reception space, and we still have guests rave about the food. The staff at Avenir made planning a wedding the best experience ever!”
