While all estate wedding venues are different, many offer similar key elements designed to create a one of a kind wedding experience. When deciding on the perfect estate venue, it’s important to take a few key elements into consideration.

  • Exclusivity: Are you looking to host an event with a truly exclusive feel? Choosing to have an estate wedding can be a great way to achieve that. We also encourage you to read about our history with this gorgeous property.

Over 40 years ago, a stunning turn-of-the-century property, atop a small hill, overlooking Lake Massapoag was purchased by the Saphire Family. Given the name the Saphire Manor and Inn, it soon became one of the area’s most premier event venues. In 2006, ownership was passed down a generation and over a million dollars was invested into remodeling the estate and its gardens.  Being sure to retain its historic charm, while also incorporating the latest in appointments and amenities, a show stopping venue emerged. Relaunched as the Saphire Estate, this exclusive property has become an award winning location to host exclusive weddings and galas.
